Hhdd — User Rights & Responsibilities

To open an account on the hhdd platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, both accounts may be terminated. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Using your account through a third party or accessing another person's account is strictly forbidden. If you register without providing accurate information, hhdd reserves the right to suspend or terminate that account at any time.

All financial transactions on the hhdd platform are conducted in BDT (৳) and must be completed through accepted payment methods. Deposited funds may only be used by the registered account holder, and deposits or withdrawals using a third party's bank account are not permitted. Withdrawal requests may take a certain number of business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not completed. Wagering requirements specific to each offer must be met before withdrawing bonus or promotional funds, as clearly stated on each offer's page. In cases of suspicious transactions or fraud, hhdd reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until the investigation is complete. Records of all transactions are stored on hhdd's servers and will be considered final in the event of any dispute.

All games on the hhdd platform are operated fairly using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Using bots, automated software, or unfair tactics to play games is strictly prohibited. Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or exploit system vulnerabilities will be treated as a punishable offense. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, hhdd's server logs will serve as the final evidence. We ask our players to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment and to play responsibly within set limits. Prizes incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or malfunction will not be considered valid, and hhdd reserves the right to correct them.

All content, logos, designs, software, and brand materials on the hhdd platform are the intellectual property of hhdd and are protected under copyright law. Reusing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. Conducting money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity on the platform is a criminal offense, and relevant authorities will be notified if such activity is suspected. Carrying out cyberattacks, hacking, or any harmful technical activity against the hhdd platform is strictly forbidden. If any such activity is proven, legal action will be taken against the individual involved and all funds may be confiscated.

Hhdd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, and users will be duly notified before any changes take effect. If a user does not agree with the updated terms, they may voluntarily close their account. Users may request account closure at any time, and the process generally takes 3–5 business days to complete. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be refunded subject to the completion of verification requirements. hhdd reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any legal disputes will be settled in Bangladeshi courts.
